Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders with precision using warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment
- Operate packing equipment including tape dispensers, box sealers, and conveyors
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
- Assist in warehouse cleanliness and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
