Responsibilities
- Coordinate material movement between warehouse locations using digital tracking systems
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using remote monitoring tools
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA safety protocols
- Process shipping/receiving documentation through digital platforms
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize material flow efficiency
- Conduct quality inspections on incoming/outgoing materials
- Maintain accurate digital records of inventory transactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High-speed internet access for remote coordination
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
