Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and seal orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order dispatch
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid Washington state driver's license (for forklift operation certification)
