Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packing equipment including box sealers, label printers, and conveyor systems
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order completeness and damage prevention
- Maintain organized and efficient workflow within the packing station
- Collaborate with shipping and inventory teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced team setting
- Willingness to learn warehouse equipment operations
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
