Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare customer orders with speed and accuracy using proper materials and procedures
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory stock and replenish packing supplies
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Document packing activities and report discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
