Responsibilities
- Pack and seal customer orders with speed and accuracy according to specifications
- Operate packaging equipment including shrink-wrap machines and box sealers
- Inspect products for damage and quality compliance before packing
- Update inventory systems and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized packing stations and warehouse areas
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid Washington State driver's license (for forklift certification training)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
