Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyor systems) safely
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity
- Maintain organized inventory records using barcode scanners
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Meet daily productivity targets in a temperature-controlled environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to 789 Logistics Drive
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided)
