Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packing equipment (tape dispensers, labelers, box formers) efficiently
- Verify product quantities and condition before packing
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order dispatch
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock rotation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to our Cincinnati facility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
