Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging quality meets company standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Commitment to strict safety protocols and company policies.
