Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packing equipment (tape guns, box cutters, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Verify product quantities, labels, and packaging integrity before shipment
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts as required
- Report equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to supervisor promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and error-prevention mindset
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Preferred: 6+ months warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Preferred: Forklift certification (training provided)
