Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correct and in good condition.
- Verify order details against shipping documents and label packages according to established protocols.
- Operate packaging machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently to minimize product damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure stock levels are accurate and to assist with cycle counts.
- Handle heavy lifting and standing for extended periods as required by the warehouse workflow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or order fulfillment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
