Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label products securely to ensure safe transport to our clients.
- Verify item descriptions, quantities, and packaging specifications against work orders.
- Inspect goods for quality and damage before processing.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and power jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to streamline workflow and reduce bottlenecks.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8+ hours).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic reading and math skills to follow instructions and verify orders.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation is required.
