Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare customer orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (pallet jacks, scanners)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and verification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to strict quality control and safety protocols at all times
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or packing experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
