Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders with precision using warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity before shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and documentation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
