Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify item descriptions, quantities, and quality before packaging.
- Properly label packages with shipping information, barcodes, and addresses.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used correctly to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to load outbound trucks safely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or order fulfillment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for verifying orders and weights.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per day).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
