Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with zero-error precision for same-day shipping
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain organized, auditable inventory records
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including proper lifting techniques
- Prepare shipments and manage dock loading/unloading procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in inventory systems
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (Monday-Friday)
- Basic math skills and ability to read shipping manifests
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Preferable experience with WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
