Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity and accuracy
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Maintain organized inventory levels through cycle counts and stock rotations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Document all activities using digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment center experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficient with RF scanning devices and basic computer systems
- Flexible schedule with reliable overnight availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
