Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement lean warehouse practices
- Ensure strict OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and manage shipping/receiving processes
- Utilize WMS software to track inventory, resolve discrepancies, and generate reports
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer delivery targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics/supply chain
- OSHA 30-Hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends as needed
