Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training and certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or picker-packer experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in a cold environment (when required)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
