Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack orders using RF scanners and digital picking systems
- Maintain organized inventory in assigned zones with FIFO compliance
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Meet daily productivity targets while ensuring order accuracy
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Valid Texas driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
