Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas with precision
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Maintain clean and safe work environment per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Operate warehouse machinery after completing company training
- Complete accurate paperwork for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train from scratch
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to work site
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons
