Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting
- Inspect products for damage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to ensure operational standards
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and labeling incoming shipments
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and stock rotations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including weekend and evening shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
