Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Load/unload trucks and maintain organized inventory in a climate-controlled facility
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to all OSHA and Amazon safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license (if operating equipment)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
