Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Ensure the fulfillment area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Scan barcodes and verify item details during the picking process.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
