Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment daily
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or ability to pass training
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
