Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouseOperate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Inspect and pack products to prevent damage
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity goals
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and computer skills
- Valid driver's license (required for forklift certification)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per day
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
