Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and accurately.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and techniques.
- Assist in organizing warehouse layouts and storage areas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we offer on-the-job training).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and inventory systems.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
