Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse meets all OSHA safety standards and cleanliness requirements.
- Load and unload trucks while adhering to proper handling procedures.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets.
- Assist in training new hires on safety protocols and operational processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to the Los Angeles facility.
