Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized and free of debris to optimize workflow.
- Truck Loading: Load and unload trailers safely using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Equipment: Valid forklift certification (if applicable) or willingness to obtain one.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
