Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment while meeting daily targets
- Maintain organized warehouse layout with proper stock rotation (FIFO)
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
