Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load and unload freight safely using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Operate material handling equipment with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Assist in receiving incoming shipments and verifying documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
