Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Pick and pack orders with precision for shipment
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas per safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid state-issued ID (driver's license accepted)
- No background check required - all applicants considered
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to worksite
