Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Efficiently select products from shelves using RF scanners and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are replenished promptly.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets our high standards to prevent damage during transit.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks (like pallet jacks or forklifts) when necessary to move stock.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve order discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and ensure order accuracy.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners or computer terminals.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance record is essential.
- Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to be trained on safety procedures and warehouse software.
