Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package products using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (after paid certification)
- Maintain organized inventory with cycle counting procedures
- Load/unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Complete quality checks and documentation for outbound shipments
Qualifications
- No experience required - comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to our industrial facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
