Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory through accurate receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems with precision
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
