Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and package incoming shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately
- Manage inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Process orders with attention to detail and speed
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
- Participate in regular overtime shifts as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to our Columbus facility
- Flexibility to work overtime shifts (including weekends)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to operate warehouse machinery with training
