Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the AI roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging trends in neural networks and predictive analytics.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable AI architectures that support high-volume data processing and real-time decision making.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of LLMs and computer vision models to ensure minimal latency and maximum accuracy.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish guidelines for ethical AI usage, ensuring compliance with evolving data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or AI research, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business impact.
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
