Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics and automation
- Lead end-to-end AI solution development from data ingestion to deployment
- Optimize algorithms for scalability and performance in cloud-native environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into product roadmaps
- Research and implement emerging AI technologies (e.g., quantum ML, edge AI)
- Develop robust MLOps pipelines for continuous model improvement
- Present technical findings to executive stakeholders and industry partners
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven track record deploying production ML systems at scale
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Experience with generative AI, LLMs, and multimodal architectures
- Published research or patents in AI/ML preferred
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
