- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track industry benchmarking metrics

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Futures Studies, or related technical field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record developing long-term roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and futures research tools
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization capabilities (Tableau/Power BI)
