Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or emerging technology with proven 5+ year planning track record
- Expertise in horizon scanning, futures research methodologies, and technology adoption lifecycle models
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations with $50M+ budgets
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or MBA from top-tier institution
