Responsibilities

- Quantify long-term ROI scenarios for emerging technologies and market shifts
- Partner with R&D to translate future vision into actionable product development plans
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitor future-state strategies
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring 2026 strategic milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for tech companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (AI, Quantum, Biotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
