Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the long-term technical strategy for our AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and resilience for future growth.
- Lead High-Impact Projects: Spearhead the development of our core autonomous systems, ensuring they meet the rigorous standards of the 2026 horizon.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams and collaborate with product managers to translate complex 2026 goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- System Optimization: Continuously refactor and optimize our deep learning pipelines to reduce latency and improve accuracy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership to secure buy-in for futuristic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in leading architectural roles within AI/ML or high-scale distributed systems.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of thinking beyond current constraints to define solutions for future problems.
- Education: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, hire, and retain top-tier engineering talent.
