- Lead stakeholder workshops with engineers, legal teams, and external ethicists to resolve ethical dilemmas
- Establish real-time monitoring protocols for AI system behavior in production environments
- Create transparency documentation for high-stakes AI applications in healthcare and finance
- Advise product teams on ethical design principles for generative AI and neural network architectures
- Represent NexusTech at international AI ethics summits and policy development forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning models and NLP systems
- Proven track record of translating ethical principles into technical specifications and product requirements
- Familiarity with regulatory landscapes (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act) and compliance automation
