Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of next-generation software architectures capable of scaling for future demands and emerging paradigms.
- Innovation Strategy: Research and prototype emerging technologies to ensure our products remain at the bleeding edge of the industry.
- System Optimization: Enhance system performance and reliability through rigorous testing, deployment of advanced algorithms, and code refactoring.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a strong advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software architecture and full-stack development.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go; deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Futuristic Skills: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML integration or immersive computing technologies.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
