- Oversee integration of neuromorphic computing into enterprise solutions
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech deployment (carbon-negative operations)
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in software architecture with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Quantum Physics
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and post-quantum cryptography
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to unicorn status
- Experience with ISO 27001 and NIST AI Risk Framework
- Patents in AI or quantum computing preferred
