Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision & Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on innovations anticipated for the 2026 timeframe and the decade beyond.
- R&D Leadership: Lead advanced research projects in emerging fields such as Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, and Spatial Computing.
- Infrastructure Architecture: Design scalable, future-proof infrastructure that can accommodate rapid technological evolution and integration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and C-suite executives to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performance engineering team that thrives on innovation and forward-thinking.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech trends to identify competitive advantages and potential disruption points.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD is a strong plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic architecture or R&D capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP), and next-gen hardware interfaces.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
