Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectural frameworks for generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
- Lead the R&D strategy for autonomous systems and predictive analytics technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate abstract 2026 vision requirements into concrete technical solutions.
- Ensure system integrity, security, and ethical compliance in all AI deployments.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines for speed and efficiency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in multimodal AI and neural-symbolic computing.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems capable of handling massive data throughput.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning concepts.
