Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 core infrastructure, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate with research scientists to integrate cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) into production-grade applications.
- Define technical standards, coding best practices, and review code for a team of 5+ senior engineers.
- Design and optimize data pipelines to handle petabyte-scale neural network training data.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in roadmap execution.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable ML systems to production.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
