Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technical roadmap for Project 2026, aligning it with long-term business objectives.
- System Design: Architect robust, scalable, and secure cloud-native systems capable of handling enterprise-grade workloads.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Technology Evaluation: Conduct rigorous research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, GenAI) to determine their viability for Project 2026.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery on time and within scope.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI & Data: Proven experience integrating Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into production environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex architectural challenges and drive innovative solutions.
