Responsibilities
- Architect and execute innovation roadmaps targeting 2026+ technological capabilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI, quantum computing, and biotech integrations
- Identify emerging tech trends and translate market opportunities into scalable solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with corporate strategy
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology initiatives
- Develop IP portfolios and patent strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused methodologies and design thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven R&D execution track record
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future tech (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Proficiency in agile methodologies for experimental projects
